This is the third time going through Trevor for our needs, once when we purchased our home and twice for refinancing. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and responsive. I never feel like I’m being talked down to but quite the opposite. He provides me with the opportunity to ask questions and provides extensive responses. I feel appreciated as a customer when dealing with him. In addition, it’s been great dealing with the title company as well as the folks at the office who answer phones and take messages, all have been a pleasure to work with. I found this last experience to be very smooth and “painless”. High marks earned.

You folks helped us finance our first house; a nice, starter home. Finance options were discussed, adjustments were made, and problems were fixed. All this was done with a smile, a professional work ethic and a “We can do it!” attitude. With your assistance, all the hoops were jumped through, the “T”s were crossed, the “I”s were dotted and about 45 days later we owned a real home. Now I’ll fast forward. We had been searching for a different home for several months and found a model that we liked and suited our budget. This was a new construction home, so we were able to start with a dirt lot and have the home built to our specifications. When I called Paradigm, I was invited to come in the following morning for a chat. As before, the attitude was gracious and positive. After a twenty-minute conversation, I knew everything was going to be managed the same way as the first time. Even though there were fewer hoops for us this time, all of the paperwork was attended to efficiently, whatever concerns we had were addressed promptly and I even made a couple of adjustments in midstream that were handled without skipping a beat. When it was time to complete the deal, the funds were in place and ready to go before the final closing date. Then, after 5 months of planning and waiting, we moved in to our new home! Thank you for the superior service. Buying a new home was a lot more fun and considerably less stressful with the knowledge that the financing part of the equation was taken care of.
